Welcome to ARPA Active Over 50s

The association that keeps seniors active.
Keeping your mind and body active and making new friends are the ingredients for a longer and more productive life.

We support ‘active ageing’, especially for the over 50s, as it allows people to realise their potential for physical, social, and mental well being throughout their life. We aim to provide a range of activities to keep over50s both mentally and physically active and to provide the opportunity to form new friendships.

Use the ARPA groups logo above to search our wide range of activities for seniors or click on this link to see a list of our groups.
